How Florida Continuing Education Works

Florida real estate licensees must complete 14 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years to renew their license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

Your 14 hours must include 6 mandatory hours: 3 hours of Florida Core Law and 3 hours of Real Estate & Business Ethics. The remaining 8 hours can be completed with FREC-approved specialty elective content.

Our Florida CE course is designed to help you meet your renewal requirements quickly, affordably, and entirely online, on your schedule. Along the way, you'll stay up to date on Florida real estate laws, FAR/BAR contract updates, license law requirements, ethics standards, and risk reduction strategies. Through practical examples and real-world scenarios, you'll gain knowledge you can immediately apply to better serve clients, maintain compliance, and navigate transactions with confidence.
